We have developed a cup holder add on to B & m Pro sticks, Magnum grip Pro Sticks, and stealth magnum grip shifters. It is just shy of 10 inch wide and sticks off the front of the shifter cover 2 inches. Has a area for the shift cable through. This can be used even if the shifter is elevated does not need to rest on the floor. this includes hardware to mount is through the oem front hole of the shifter. These are printed from PA12 carbon infused nylon making them extremally strong and light.
