The CarChains3D Stretch-Fit Turbo Inlet Protective Cover was engineered to keep debris, moisture, and contaminants out of exposed turbocharger inlets without relying on loose caps, tape, or zip ties.
Unlike rigid caps or TPU covers, this product is 3D printed from a high-temperature, rubber-like material that stretches to fit tightly over the turbo inlet. The stretch-fit design allows the cover to be pulled over the inlet, creating a secure grip that stays in place during storage, transport, or trailering.
These covers are especially useful for vehicles stored outdoors, race cars between events, engines mid-build, or turbo systems left exposed in the shop. The high-visibility Watermelon Red color makes the cover easy to spot and remove before operation.
Sizes are offered in 1/8-inch increments from 3.00” to 6.00” for precise fitment. If your inlet size falls between two options, select the smaller size, as the material is designed to stretch for a tight, secure seal.
